The Treasures of King Tutankhamun moved from Gallery 3 to Gallery 2

The Treasures of King Tutankhamun has moved from Gallery 3 in the Egyptian Museum and is on display next door in Gallery 2.

This move is part of a new exhibition highlighting the Tanis Collection that was discovered in 1940. Gallery 3 will hold treasures of the 21st Dynasty King Psusennes I.
